Packaging was beyond exceptional (If it had been thrown in the air, I'm sure I wouldn't have noticed!). Arrived on the exact date of the expected delivery. As a complete novice to the flight sim world, I can not elaborate on any of the items I purchased but everything works and the immersion and feel beats keyboard and mouse all day long. If I ever need any upgrades, this is the one stop shop for me.

I purchased the private pilot course. The course is laid out very well and lots of information! I just started and my CFI was impressed with the knowledge I obtained from the course.

I find the product search capability is poor. I would like to be able to downselect through products with more characteristics like on Amazon.

Sporty's always has their advertised items in stock and their shipping is prompt and efficient. Good quality items for all levels of aviators and excellent customer service makes this a unique resource for pilots.

Sporty’s customer service is excellent. Checkout process when you have an existing account is a bit weird. Also, you have to choose to use Apple Pay before knowing the shipping costs, etc and can’t choose to use it again later on.
